Clique Kit inspired DD page!!

I was super excited to get a knock on the door today from the courier, who was standing there holding the best shaped box ever...containing my December Clique Kit!! What a gorgeous kit. I can't wait to play with it some more..but for the mean time...I have started with a December Daily spread...

Adore all the embellies in this kit..from the tags to washi strips, self adhesive sequins...twine...a 12x12 sheet of alphas..and that's only a tiny selection of what was in there! 

And the papers- so awesome! A sheet of acetate cards and some fun 12x12 papers which is where I have cut the little 'clipboard' from.

December Daily inspired by Jot's December Moodboard!

December is disappearing soooo quickly! I've got all my foundation pages done but its just a matter of choosing photos, then slotting them and finishing the pages off. Always sounds like a quick easy job...but it isn't! My first problem is selecting what photo to use for the day. As you can see below, I'm making the most of the fantastic 2x2 pocket pages. LOVE them. So much fun!! And have you checked out Jot's December MB yet? Beautiful...simply beautiful!

Clique Kits November Blog Hop

Another fab kit from Clique Kits! This last month has been very busy with different things on including getting started on December daily prep so I haven't had as much time to play with it...but I did get these 2 spreads done! Can't wait to do more! Another great 12x12 paper that I couldn't bare to only use part of it...so 4x4 squares it became! 

I had a tassel left over from last months kit that worked PERFECTLY below...and I couldn't resist but add some dimension to the tapestry threads card!

Sketches in Thyme PL style

December Daily

Hard to believe its time to start doing December Daily Prep. Such a fun album to do! Mum and I do it together (an album each but play along together!) which makes it an even more fun project! This year we ordered Ali Edwards kit with one of the mini kit add ons..but since we've managed to collect quite the selection of things from the Pinkfresh Christmas Wishes Collection and Heidi Swapps' Oh What Fun collection. eeekkk... I think I may have enough stuff to stock a small store! Lol! Anyhow..today I decided to do my first page..I'm think I'll put it at the front of the album to set the tone... Funnily enough, it only uses one thing from my stash (The red sparkle and shine). I made up the 'Merry, Merry, Merry' on my silhouette (Inspired from a pic I saw on Pinterest) and then it wouldn't be a front page without sequins!! FUN!!!! Before it goes in the album, I'll tidy up the glue marks and 'furry' edges on the letters... Will try and post my pages as I prep them! :-) Sparkle and Shine...it's almost December time! x

Jots (devine) November Mood Board

PINK and YELLOW!!!! Thank you Jot for another devine Mood Board. I can see many more pages been done using this moodboard...like perhaps the rest of the photos we took while on holiday in Rarotonga!! Perfect match for Pink Paislees Citrus Bliss range that I had already put aside to use as my 'theme' for our Raro photos.

Clique Kits October Blog Hop

Can you believe it's almost November!?! Another Pep Rally closer to Christmas! eeekkk... Octobers 'Funfetti' was another super FUN kit!! Loving all the different size cards, and as always, the embellishments were awesome! There was a sheet of cut outs that I really enjoyed using too! Have fun hopping along! Also check out Clique Kits 'Anything Goes' Challenge for the month- you'll find one of these added in there!

There is not a lot to this page as the paper itself was just gorgeous!!

LOVE making pages with diferent size cards and photos! And of course, leaving 'clear' pockets as well!I will eventually fuse these in to individual pockets, but for now they are stuck onto 6x6 pieces of page protector to fit in the 6x6 pockets.
